Found this recipe from Martha's site.
I was looking for recipe because I have sour cream which is expiring and have no idea what to do with it.
I choosen this because it can be served as side dish for ZY's breakfast, meal or snack, and also when he feel craving for biscuit. He has been craving for biscuit and cookies between meal lately.
This is easy, no butter, no mixer, whisk by hand, spoon into baking pan and tada!
The only thing lack is the corn kernels. I forgot that ZY and me had finished up the corn kernel, so no corn kernel this time.
It is moist, a little bit salty for me , perhaps with the present of corn kernel it will sweeten the saltiness.
There are comments about substitute the sour cream with soy milk or yogurt. I am going to try those, I always have soy milk or yougurt supplies and sour cream is expensive!
